Robert Vidmar

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

My main research interests are method development for determination of protease cleavage sites and protease cleavage specificity, discovery of novel protease physiological substrates and implementation & development of bioinformatics tools for proteomics protease research. At the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular and structural biology I work at the Proteomics lab, where I cover all aspects of work from sample preparation to data analysis.
