From September 17-21, we gathered in the idyllic town of Bled, Slovenia, for the FEBS ICGEB workshop ‘Proteolysis: at the interface between health and disease’.
Many of the top researchers in the proteolysis field gave engaging lectures and we learnt about some fresh research during the poster sessions. Networking and social activities were essential parts of the meeting, as we were all glad to discuss science in person again.
